Ringette BC Membership Guide to Insurance Protection and Claims

Ringette BC provides insurance coverage required by the operators of Ice Arenas. This insurance offers:

  • Indemnification for Arena Operators:

    Protects arena operators in case of incidents.

  • Supplementary Benefits for Members:

    Covers injuries sustained during sanctioned Ringette events, supplementing Provincial Health coverage.

Important: To be eligible for coverage under this Insurance program, participants must be registered with the BC Ringette Association.

Submit an Insurance Claim

Complete the Insurance Claim Form to open a claim with Sport BC Insurance.

  • The form must be filled out and submitted to Sport BC for the claim to be processed.

In addition to the Insurance Claim Form, complete the fillable Ringette BC Accident & Injury Report form.
