Strategic Plan 2026-2031

MISSION: To govern, lead and support ringette in British Columbia by building a thriving ringette community and foster a lifelong passion for the sport.

The 2026 – 2031 Ringette BC Strategic Plan was designed to be clear, impactful, and attainable. The clearly defined mission of Ringette BC guides the organization. The Key Commitments are the four main areas Ringette BC will focus on to achieve the Mission.

2026-2031 Ringette BC Strategic Plan

Through Annual Action Plans, the Ringette BC Board of Directors and Staff will implement specific actions, tasks or plans to achieve the Key Commitments over the course of 5 years.

MEMO – 2026-2031 Ringette BC Strategic Plan

 Timeframe: The Strategic Plan covers a five-year period: April 2026 – December 2031. This is a five-year plan that recognizes each of the Key Commitments take time, sustained effort, and resources to move forward.
