  • Deadline – Leagues submit operating policy & league rules to RBC

    Established ringette leagues shall confirm/submit their operating policy and league rules to Ringette BC and shall also forward amendments and/or changes as they occur. These policies and rules cannot contravene Ringette BC rules.   • Deadline – Zone Assistant Coaches Appointed

    Zone coordinator submits zone assistant coaches to Ringette BC. Rationale: Submitting assistant coach information on time supports qualification tracking, approvals, and readiness for the competitive season. Resource: Zone Guidelines

  • Deadline – Association team declarations due

  • Deadline – Registrar confirm player residency

    Association registrar confirms player residency. Rationale: Verifying residency protects fair competition and ensures players are registered within the correct association or zone. Resource: Registration Process

  • Deadline – Adult Ringette initial Level of Play Declarations

    Adult Ringette initial Level of Play Declarations must be submitted to the appropriate League Representative or RBC in the absence of a league. Rationale: Submitting initial Level of Play declarations by this date helps leagues organize adult divisions appropriately, support balanced competition, and make timely scheduling decisions before the season begins.
