Program Application
Complete the following forms
Attendance & Mandatory Training
- CSI or CI Coaching Course (if not already completed) depending on stream
- Attendance at all virtual and in person training and meetings
- NCCP Making Ethical Decisions *
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders
*Make Ethical Decisions Module & Online Evaluation are required if MED Module was completed in the 2025/2026 season or prior.
At the time of application, coaches do not need to be assigned to a team. However, once accepted into the program, successful applicants must identify which team they are coaching, and contact information for the Head Coach of their team.
