  • Deadline – Board of Director Contact Information

    First submission of Club Executive contact information due – sent to the Community Sport Coordinator. Rationale: Early submission ensures Ringette BC has current leadership contacts for season planning, communication, and governance support.

  • Deadline – Zone Team Declaration

    League declares zone teams and boundaries to Ringette BC. Rationale: Declaring zones and boundaries early provides clarity for athlete eligibility, tryout planning, and consistent application of zone rules. Resource: Zone Guidelines

  • Deadline – Tournament Sanctioning Applications Due

    Tournament Sanctioning Applications due for associations/leagues to host Ringette BC sanctioned tournaments and events occurring prior to March 1st of the upcoming playing season.   • Deadline – Zone Head Coach Selection

    League selects zone head coaches by this date.  Assistant coaches are selected in consultation with the appointed head coach.   • Zone Tryout Window

    Established ringette leagues shall confirm/submit their operating policy and league rules to Ringette BC and shall also forward amendments and/or changes as they occur. These policies and rules cannot contravene Ringette BC rules.
