To do this effectively\, we require early estimates and projected numbers from each league to ensure athletes are placed appropriately and have the best possible access to tiered opportunities. \nRationale: Early notification allows athletes from zones without a viable tiered team to obtain releases in a timely manner\, giving them adequate opportunity to plan\, arrange travel\, and participate in tryouts in another zone.
